MY THOUGHTS
I received a copy of this cookbook. The book is separated into seasons, making it easy to browse through the appropriate section for the time of year you’re in. All of the images in the book are clip-art rather than photos, something that surprised me. The recipes are written clearly and are easy to understand. I would find it very helpful if the recipes contained the total cooking and prep time. I’d not heard of many of these recipes, so if you’re looking for different recipes and ideas this cookbook would be a good place to look.
