I love the crockpot for a lot of reasons. It’s easy, you put everything in there and let it cook. You can turn it on hours ahead of time, removing the need to stand in front of the stove after a long day at work. You can cook hot meals in the warm weather without turning on the oven or stove. Chicken is probably my favorite thing to make in the crockpot. Here’s a recipe combining some of our favorite ingredients to make one yummy dish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 – 2 pounds boneless chicken
- Two 10 3/4 ounce cans Cheddar Cheese soup
- One 26 ounce can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 bag frozen broccoli
- 2 cups white rice
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions.
This takes 4-5 hours on high in the crockpot.
Place the rice on the bottom of the crockpot.
Place the Cream Of Chicken Soup over the rice and mix.
Place the chicken into the crockpot.
Place the broccoli into the crockpot.
Put the contents of both cans of Cheddar Cheese Soup into the crockpot.
Cover.
Cook on high.

When I add the cream of chicken soup and the cheddar cheese soup, do I add the extra can of water with the cream of chicken and the extra can of milk with the cheddar cheese soup?
