These flavorful Instant Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Meatball Sliders are quick and easy to prepare and make for a great meal or snack!

I love meatballs. I love my Instant Pot. I’ve discovered that I really like meatballs made in the Instant Pot. They can wind up with that slow cooked flavor we all love without taking all of the hours that it takes to slow cook them. If you make your meatballs large enough they also work out really well if you’re making sliders. Take a giant meatball and cut it in half and it’s the perfect size to put on a slider bun. These meatballs came out nice and tender, and were quite tasty. Hubby really enjoyed them, although he said the flavor reminded him a bit more of sloppy joes than cheeseburgers. Either way they were a hit and gone in the blink of an eye. Here’s how I made them and used them for meatball sliders.

Pyrex PrepWare 3-Piece Glass Measuring Cup Set
iNeibo Kitchen silicone serving spoon with stainless steel handle
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup real shredded bacon
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2 cups catsup
- 1/2 cup steak sauce
- 2 cups water

Instructions
Place all ingredients except the catsup, steak sauce and water into a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
Form meatballs from the beef mixture. (I made mine fairly large, which allows me to use them as whole meatballs or half them for sliders.)
Place the catsup, steak sauce and water into a container and mix thoroughly.
Pour the catsup mixture over the meatballs.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on manual high for 5 minutes.
Once cooking cycle has completed, do a quick pressure release.
Sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top and serve immediately on a slider roll.

Hey Valerie, I wish I could say that I'm gonna make it right away. ? You see, I'm a vegan. Will share this recipe with my friend. But I am definitely now going to buy an instant pot and try out something.
