How interesting that I see this post today. Just yesterday I started taking my multi-vitamins again and included a new one that is specific for hair and nails. It was a sample bottle I received but if I decide it works well for me then I'm going to look at other brands like this one.

I have taken Biotin supplements for years, because I have very thin hair and nails that broke easily. It's helped a lot, but I will try this product out.
