I make a creamy chicken soup often and everyone enjoys it. Hubby loves dishes that include spinach, including spinach soup. I thought I would make him a creamy ravioli soup and add in some spinach for flavor and color. He loved it, and it immediately became one of his favorite soups. It’s really easy to make and doesn’t take very long either. Here’s how I make it.
One-Pot Creamy Spinach Ravioli Soup With Chicken
EQUIPMENT USED
INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups water
- 4 chicken boullion cubes
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 10 oz box frozen chopped spinach
- 3-4 packets cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz frozen spinach & cheese ravioli (Mama Rosie’s)
INSTRUCTIONS
Place water, boullion cubes and chicken into the Ninja.
Set Ninja to stovetop high.
When chicken is starting to turn white, add the ravioli and frozen spinach and bring to a boil.
Once the ravioli is almost finished cooking, switch Ninja to stovetop low.
Add the cream of chicken soup and cook for about 5 minutes until dissolved.
Serve immediately.
