Yes folks it’s another recipe for the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System. I love using this thing.I was in the mood for soup, yet again, and wanted to make it a one-pot meal. I had ground beef that had to be cooked, and frozen tortellini I wanted to use so decided to mix them together. The resulting soup was really good on the first day and even better on the second. Here’ s how I made it.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1x 19 oz bag frozen cheese tortellini
- 1x 28 oz can diced tomatoes (basil, garlic and oregano seasoned variety)
- 3x beef boullion cubes
- 3 cups water
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Set the Ninja to stovetop high.
Brown the ground beef.
When the beef is finished browning switch the Ninja to crockpot high.
Pour the tortellini over it into one even layer. Then put the diced tomatoes, boullion cubes and water over the top.
Cook on high for two hours.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

I'd really love a Ninja 3-in-1. I love having recipes like this in my arsenal. Tortellini is so great in stews and soups. Thank you.

YES, I am lovin' your one pot meals. Makes clean up so much easier and I am done by the time after dinner is over.

This looks delicious. I never added ground beef to my Tortellini. I usually make an Alfredo Sauce

You had me at one pot. More convenient and less clean up. This would be a perfect week night dinner.
