Easy Peach Oatmeal Thumbprint Cookies Recipe

Hubby loves oatmeal cookies. I like them too. And we both like peach. I wanted to try making some cookies using instant oatmeal. We’re thrilled with how they turned out. These cookies are so yummy! And wait until you see how easy they are to make! Here’s how.

Easy Peach Oatmeal Thumbprint Cookies Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 packets instant peach oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • peach preserves

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 f.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients except the peach preserves in a large bowl and mix well.

Using an ice cream scoop place dough onto the cookie sheet.

Flatten cookies a little with your thumb, and place a dollop of the peach preserves into the indentation.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Let cool for a couple of minutes and then enjoy.
