Slow Cooker Boneless Pork Ribs are tasty, tender and easy to make. The slow cooker does almost all of the work and doesn’t heat up the kitchen.

I found a package of boneless pork loin back ribs on sale for the ridiculously low price of under $4, because that day was their sell by date. I grabbed them up in a hurry. I love using the crockpot because it’s so easy. These ribs came out really well, they were really tasty and tender enough that we could break them apart with a fork. I did have quite a bit of leftover sauce because of the size bottle of BBQ sauce I used, so it will work out perfectly if you’re serving a starch that you might want to dip. Here’s how I made them.
Slowcooker Boneless Pork Ribs
Equipment Needed
- slow cooker
- measuring cups
- measuring spoons
Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless pork loin back ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Mccormick Grill Mates Molasses Bacon seasoning
- 1/4 tsp seasoning salt
- 1x large bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce (I used a 40 oz bottle of Sweet Baby Rays)
- 1/2 cup Coca-cola
Instructions
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Place boneless ribs in crockpot.

Pour BBQ sauce over ribs.

In a large measuring cup or a glass combine the soda and the seasonings and stir well.

Pour the liquid into the crockpot and give a good stir, making sure all ribs are coated.

Cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve with your favorite sides.

What’s your favorite side to eat with ribs?

Hi, Val........I'm a widower more than a cook & I did a little substituting on the recipe. Couldn't find the molasses bean seasoning, but added a slight dose of liquid smoke. I didn't have the exact amount of ribs either & used slightly less of Baby rays BBQ! sauce. Hope it turns out edible!

Thanks! Kate

Hi Valerie, this is my first time on your page. I was looking for a recipe for ribs and yours sounds so good so I'm fixing for my family tomorrow evening. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe I've tried different recipes and haven't really found one that I really like. Of course, my family tells me they like them but I think that's so they don't hurt my feelings.
