FYI – The meatloaf pictured above is not my meatloaf. Moving on. My 15 year old loves my meatloaf. He sometimes calls it “Mom’s Famous Meatloaf”. We all like it but I don’t look forward to making it. Why not? Because of the mixing. I have never found a way to mix a meatloaf more effectively then with my hands. I know some people almost puree theirs in the blender, but I don’t care for that consistency. I know some people manage to use utensils, but I find that to be awkward and take even more time. So when I am making a meatloaf I mix it with my hands. I hate to, because it gets under my nails and makes my hands feel gross. How do you mix your meatloaf? Oh and one more thing. Do you put sauce on the outside of your meatloaf or not? I usually don’t. Wait. Last question. What meats do you use in your meatloaf? I use ground beef. Let’s hear it!

I don't want to, but I end up mixing it with my hands. A spoon just doesn't work, and I don't like using a mixer.
