If you enjoy seafood with a southern feel you’re going to love this Crawfish Boil! This flavorful Instant Pot Crawfish Boil recipe is almost effortless to make when you use an electric pressure cooker. You don’t wind up with multiple pots and pans and you aren’t using a stove and heating up the kitchen either!
Instant Pot Crawfish Boil

- 4 ears corn cut in half
- 6 red mini potatoes
- 3 tbsp Louisiana Crawfish Boil
- 1 cup water
- 4 lbs crawfish
- 6 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 5 drops of hot sauce
Place the crawfish into a ziploc bag with the cajun spices and seal.
Place the sealed bag in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
Set the pressure cooker to the saute setting.
Add the butter and minced garlic to the pot and saute, stirring often.
Add all other spices and combine.
Saute for 5 min.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
Put the corn and red potatoes into the pot and cover with water.
Add in the Crawfish Boil Mix.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on mnual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has finished, do a quick pressure release and open the lid.
Check to be sure the potatoes are cooked.
Add in the crawfish and stir.
Place the lid back onto the pressure cooker and set to cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has completed, do a quick pressure release and take the top off.
Add the garlic butter spice mix to the pot and stir to combine.
