This versatile main course goes from refrigerator to dinner table in less than 15 minutes. The classic flavors of this dish go with just about any side dish you choose. In addition to the serving suggestions noted here, it also makes a delicious low carb entrée when paired with steamed vegetables or a green side salad.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp garlic, finely minced
- 1 lb Jumbo shrimp (10/15 count), peeled, deveined, and tail removed
- 1 large lemon, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
Optional For Garnish
- salt and pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
Place the butter in a large skillet and melt it over medium heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the shrimp in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until shrimp starts to turn pink.
Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and ground cumin to the skillet and stir to combine thoroughly.
Season with salt and black pepper, to taste, and remove from heat.
Spoon the shrimp mixture over a bed of cooked rice, pasta or quinoa.
Drizzle some of the juices from the pan over each serving and garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

So simple, yet so delicious! I love it tossed with pasta but serving it over quinoa is a great idea too to keep the meal light :)

My favorite combination - shrimps, lemon, garlic, and butter. This looks so good I can almost smell the flavors. Quinoa sounds like the right kinda starch for this. Yum.

Shrimp doesn't take much preparation to make it simply delicious. We love exactly the seasonings you use here. Garlic, butter, lemon, a bit of salt and pepper. The ingredients just emphasize the taste of the shrimp.
