- Instant Pot (I used a 6 Qt)
- silicone cooking spoon
- measuring cups
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ham steaks or other cooked ham
- 16 oz frozen peas
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packets ranch dip/dressing mix
Place the pasta into the Instant Pot and cover with the chicken broth.
Add the frozen peas to the pot and cover.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on manual high for 4 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has finished do a quick pressure release.
Add the cream cheese, ranch and milk and stir until blended well. If the mixture seems to dry or grainy add another splash of milk and stir again.
