- electric pressure cooker (a 6 qt instant Pot was used to make this recipe)
- measuring cups
- silicone cooking spoon

Ingredients
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6 oz Velveeta
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into the Instant Pot.
Press the rice button, which will show that it will cook for 12 minutes.
Do a quick pressure relese.
Serve and enjoy!

That is a good way to use the instant pot. I haven't ever used milk to make rice, I bet it makes it so much creamier than just the water. This look delicious.

This is such a yummy idea to serve rice. I am sure the kids would love it. I will just have to think of what would be nice to go with it. Breaded pork chops? Crispy fried chicken?

I love different ways of cooking rice. Cheesy rice is one of our favorites. We also love fried rice with peas, carrots and thinly sliced pork tenderloin. Oh, and the seafood paella is a major favorite in our house too.
