I heard it was National Jell-o Week. In Utah. I’m not sure why it would be recognized as a “national” week when it’s only in one state. Anyway. I thought it would be interesting to find different types of recipes that incorporated Jell-o. You know, besides the stir and set in a bowl Jell-o that we all know and love. This particular group of desserts are all pink (except for one red one), making them perfect for Valentine’s Day. These recipes are shared with permission.

We love making things pink--just last week we made rice crispy treats pink--out of all your dessert- the strawberry lemon cupcakes look wonderful and what I'd try next time I'm baking
