This One-Pot Meatloaf And Potatoes For Ninja Cooking System recipe is a great way to get several of the family’s favorite comfort foods on the table quickly. No need to dirty the ktichen with lots of pots and pans and no need to heat the house by turning on the oven.

My family enjoys my meatloaf. I don’t make it much during the summer because turning on the oven heats up the house so much. So, decided I wanted to try making a meatloaf in the Ninja Kitchen 3-in-1 Cooking System. Potatoes is something else we really enjoy but I don’t usually make in the summer, so I decided to throw them in the pot to. The potatoes came out nice and tender. The meatloaf was tender and moist. Everything cooked much faster then if I’d cooked it in the oven. Here’s how I make One-Pot Meatloaf and Potatoes in the Ninja Cooking System.

Do you have to peel the potatoes and half them or just wash and put them in the bottom?

Thanks for reading! I peeled them but you could probably just use them washed and unpeeled as well.

Thanks for visiting! The cover should be on when cooking. I went back into the recipe and made sure that's included in the steps now.

Is the meat setting on the rack or directly in the bowl of the slower cooker with the water. Or do you need a separate loaf pan

Hi. After you shape the meatloaf it goes directly into the NInja's cooking pot surrounded by the potatoes, no loaf pan needed.
