When you look at a sheet of crumb cake like the one you see above what do you see?

Perhaps you see a crumb cake, waiting to be cut up into pieces to enjoy with your favorite hot or cold beverage.

Or perhaps, if you’re like me, you see an invitation to pick every last darn crumb off of the cake and eat it right away.

Hahn's Old Fashioned Crumb Cake

No matter which one you prefer, Hahn’s Old Fashioned Crumb Cake has you covered. New York based Hahn’s Old Fashioned Crumb Cake got its start in 1983, when Mr. and Mrs. Hahn retired from their teaching jobs to follow their passion of selling crumb cake made from an old family recipe. The crumb cake got so popular in their area that business grew and now the old fashioned crumb cake can be ordered online.

Hahn’s Old Fashioned Crumb Cake is made fresh daily with all natural, fresh ingredients. When you take a bite you may think that someone just baked this in your kitchen because it does taste that fresh. We received a Crumb Cake Variety Pack, which is a 9×13 tray containing equal portions of classic, chocolate and raspberry crumb cakes. The tray is certainly something to smile about, containing over 3.5 pounds of fresh and yummy baked goodness. My favorite of the three was the classic crumb cake. So good! The raspberry crumb cake was hubby’s favorite. It is super moist, the fruit marbling through the cake is a great combination of flavor and texture. The chocolate was my son’s favorite, he really liked the chocolate cake on the bottom.

If a tray of crumb cake doesn’t make you smile, a bucket of crumbs probably will. A bucket of crumbs contains exactly what it sounds like it contains –  a bunch of crumb cake crumbs. For me it’s the best part of the crumb cake. Sure you could use them to top pies or put on ice cream, but for me I like to eat them right out of the bucket just the way they are. If they ever drizzled a little icing over them I’m fairly sure I’d think I had died and gone to heaven.

If you’re looking for a bakery fresh tasting classic old-fashioned crumb cake be sure to check out Hahn’s. They ship all over the US and orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.

What’s your favorite thing about crumb cake – the cake or the crumbs?
