We found ourselves doing some unexpected entertaining one night over the long holiday weekend. I decided to serve some New York Style Snacks and wanted some dips to accompany them. For the New York Style Panetini I really would have liked to serve bruschetta but didn’t have any. I didn’t have any salsa either. I decided that in a pinch my Cream Cheesy Tomato Dip recipe would work, but didn’t have all of the ingredients. I decided to come up with a quicker version of the same recipe, which also happens to cost quite a bit less. It’s very similar in taste and requires no prep.
EASY CREAMY TACO DIP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1x 1.12 oz packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium sized bowl combine the ingredients and stir well.
Serve at that temp or chill for 10 minutes.
