Cut the ham.
Cut up the peppers and onions.
Plug in the electric pressure cooker.
Put the eggs into a small mixing bowl.
Add the cream and shredded cheese into the bowl with the eggs and mix.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on saute.
Place a thin layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pot.
Place the pepper and onion into the pot and saute them.
Once the peppers and onions have sauteed, remove the pot from the cooker.
Move the peppers and onions to a medium sized mixing bowl.
Add the ham to the pepper and onions and stir well.
Pour the egg mixture over the pepper, onion and ham.
Spray the cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Take the egg mixture and place it in the pan.
Put the vegetable steamer trivet into the bottom of the pot.
Cover the filled cake pan with foil and place it onto the vegetable steamer trivet.
Place the lid onto the pressure cooker and close to seal.
Set the pressure cooker to cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle has completed, do a quick pressure release.
Remove the pan from the pressure cooker and let sit for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil from the pan.
If you choose you can serve directly from the pan. Or, if you want the frittata out of the pan, place a plate on top of the frittata. Flip the pan and plate together and your frittata should be sitting on the plate, leaving you with an empty pan.
