Plug in the electric pressure cooker.
Place a thin layer of olive oil into the bottom of the pot.
Select the saute or brown setting and saute the bacon and minced garlic in the olive oil.
Once the bacon has browned, add the spaghetti pieces to the pot.
Add in the broth, making sure to cover as much of the pasta as possible.
Set the pressure cooker to cook for 5 minutes on manual high pressure.
Once the cooking time has finished, do a quick pressure release.
Stir the contents of the pot.
Set the pressure cooker to the brown or saute setting.
Add in the cheese, followed by the light cream.
Stir well to combine thoroughly.
