Easy Pressure Cooker Cinnamon Roll Cake


1 tin of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (tin containing 5 big rolls) * 2 cups of water


Plug the electric pressure cooker in.Put 2 cups of water into the bottom of the pot.Place 4-5 cinnamon rolls into the springform pan. I had sprayed the sides of the pan with nonstick cooking spray just to be safe but in the end none of the cake touched the side of the pan.Place a paper towel over the cake pan, then cover the cake pan with foil.Place the pan onto the silicone vegetable steamer and put them both into the pressure cooker.Put the lid onto the pressure cooker and close to seal. Set the pressure cooker to cook for 10 minutes on manual high pressure.Let pressure release naturally for 3 minutes then do a quick pressure release.Remove the cake from the pot using the handles on the vegetable steamer.Remove the cake from the pan.Put the icing onto the rolls.Slice and serve immediately.Enjoy!
