Ingredients

2 lb ground beef * 1 cup long grain white rice * 16 oz frozen mixed vegetables * 1x 28 oz can petite diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic, oregano * 64 oz cups beef broth * 1 envelope onion soup mix

Instructions

Set the Instant Pot to saute. Brown the ground beef. Add the remaining ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir well. Set the Instant Pot to soup (which cooks for 10 minutes). Let the pressure cooker do a natural pressure release. Serve immediately.
