Copycat Starbucks Midnight Mint Mocha Frappuccino


1 cup milk, steamed * 1 cup very strong coffee * 1 tablespoon cocoa powder * 2 tablespoons of sugar * 2-3 tablespoons peppermint syrup * whipped cream * espresso powder to sprinkle on top * ice


In a microwave, heat up 1/2 cup of milk for 45 seconds. Froth the milk with a wire whisk until it is nice and foamy. Add the coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, and peppermint syrup to the coffee mug. Stir to combine. Pour the milk foam over the top of the coffee and stir to combine. Let the beverage cool for a few minutes. Add 2 cups of ice to a blender and add the peppermint mocha to it. Blend until mixed and smooth. Pour frappaccino into a glass, filling the glass half way. Pipe on some whipped cream. Add another layer of the frappaccino and then add more whipped cream and sprinkle espresso powder on top. Serve and enjoy!
