Meaty Tomato Mac And Cheese
1 lb pasta * 4 cups of water * 4 tbsp butter * 1 cup sour cream * 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese * 1.5 cups of my Meat Lovers Pasta Sauce
If making the mac and cheese from a box follow the instructions. Place the pasta and water into the pressure cooker and seal. If making the mac and cheese from scratch using an Instant Pot, start here. Place the pasta and water into the pressure cooker and seal. Set pressure cooker to cook on manual 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 f. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Once pressure cooker is finished cooking, allow to release pressure naturally for 5 minutes before doing a quick pressure release. Add in the butter, sour cream, and shredded cheddar and stir well until cheese has melted. If you mae the mac and cheese from a box, resume following the directions here. Add 1.5 cups meat sauce to the mac and cheese and stir well. Pour mac and cheese mixture into the baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
