Oreo Bird's Nest Cookies

1 package Double Stuf Oreos * 2 tbsp coconut oil * 1 bag maple chocolate melting wafers * 1 tube brown cake icing * 1 cup shredded coconut * 1 tbsp green food coloring * 1 bag of Cadbury Egg candies

Pour the shredded coconut into the ziploc bag and add the green food coloring. Shake the bag to coat the coconut with the green food coloring. You may need to rub the coconut around in the bag to get everything fully covered. Pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread it out. Let the mixture dry overnight. Use a double boiler to melt the maple chocolate melting wafers. Once th wafers have melted, mix in the coconut oil to help thin out the chocolate. Use a fork to dip the Oreos into the melted maple chocolate. Lightly tap the edge of the pot to get rid of any extra chocolate on the Oreos. Place the Oreos onto the second cookie sheet. Repeat the above steps with the remaining Oreos. Let the Oreos dry fully before you decorate them. While the Oreos are drying, squeeze the cake icing into the disposable piping bag. Pipe squiggly lines around the outer edge of the dry Oreo, leaving an opening in the center of the Oreo for the coconut. Add about a teaspoon of coconut into the center of the Oreo. Pipe on a small amount of the icing onto the bottom of the egg and place the egg into the center of the coconut. Let the icing harden for about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
