Set the Instant Pot to saute.
Place the ground beef into the pot and then brown it.
Once the meat has finished browning, then you add in the rice, seasoning, water, corn and tomatoes (in that order).
Place the lid onto the Instant Pot and then close it to seal it.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes and then do a quick pressure release.
Serve immediately with shredded cheese and sour cream.
