Place the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings into a large glass mixing bowl and then combine thoroughly.
Place the beef gravy into the pot.
Use an ice cream scoop to help you form meatballs out of the mixture. I made 18 meatballs.
Place the meatballs into the pot.
Add the beef broth to the pot.
Place the lid onto the Instant Pot and close to seal.
Set the Instant Pot to cook on slow cooker high for 2 hours.
Once the cooking cycle has finished, remove the meatballs and set aside.
Add the corn starch to the pot.
Set the pressure cooker to saute and whisk until the corn starch has dissolved and the gravy has thickened and become smooth.
Return the meatballs to the pot.
Serve immediately with your favorite potatoes or noodles.
