Instant Pot Italian Mac And Cheese


  • 1 lb pasta
  • 12 oz ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz Italian blend shredded cheese
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning


  1. Place the pasta and water into the pressure cooker and seal.

    Set pressure cooker to cook on manual 6 minutes.

    Once pressure cooker is finished cooking, allow to release pressure naturally for 5 minutes before doing a quick pressure release.

    Add in the ricotta and stir well until everything is blended.

    Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
