Turkey Bacon Ranch Stuffed Tomatoes are a quick and easy naturally gluten-free meal that takes only minutes to make. This stuffed tomatoes recipe takes the classic Turkey Bacon Club flavor you find on a good deli sandwich and places it inside a big, juicy fresh tomato.

Turkey Bacon Ranch Stuffed Tomatoes

I prefer to get my cold cuts at the deli counter. Usually I go to one of two stores and have no problems. I recently was in a store I don’t usually shop and decided to get the deli turkey I needed there in order to save some time. I got home and went to make a sandwich and found that the turkey had been sliced so thin that it stuck together, with parts of it breaking into small chunks. I was pretty annoyed, since I prefer to make turkey sandwiches with whole slices and not pieces and chunks. I didn’t have time to run back to the store and didn’t have the patience to try and make a sandwich with the pieces. Fortunately I glanced a few inches upwards of the turkey and saw my solution – a big fresh hothouse tomato. Turkey Club sandwiches are a favorite flavor combination of mine. It only took a moment for me to realize that I had everything I needed to take my favorite parts of that sandwich and make a quick and fresh stuffed tomato lunch right there. Voila Turkey Bacon Ranch Stuffed Tomatoes! Here’s how I make them.

Such a quick and easy recipe that’s also good for you. I like the idea of stuffing the turkey bacon ranch in the tomatoes instead of using bread. I think it’s great for lunch!

Tomatoes render themselves well to stuffings of all sorts. We prefer a mix of boiled potatoes and green peas marinated with spice, similar to this recipe.
