I love the taste of strawberry. Lately I’ve really been wanting something sweet with a strawberry flavor. I thought it would be fun to try and come up with something to satisfy my craving. While making a cake I thought it would be great if there was a quick and easy way to make strawberry cookies. You don’t see strawberry cookie mix in the stores, so I figured there should be an easy way to make some. It only took me two attempts to nail this recipe for Strawberry Cookies. Here’s how I made them.
- 1x 16.5 oz box strawberry cake mix (I used a Strawberry Supreme boxed mix)
- 1x 3.4 oz Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350 f.
Place a piece of parchment paper on each cookie sheet.
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Place the cookie mix onto the cookie sheet in balls about an inch apart. I used a soup spoon to measure.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cook. They may look very soft when you take them out of the oven and you might even think they aren’t done. Don’t worry they’re done, they take a few minutes to set.
The finished cookie is very soft and chewy, and quite yummy.
