Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs is one of the first Disney movies I remember watching as a child. I thought my colorful memories were pretty clear, but watching on blu-ray was like watching the movie with fresh, young eyes once again. Early on the evil queen dispatches a huntsman to kill Snow White, as she wishes to be considered the most beautiful in the land. Fortunately, the huntsman cannot bring himself to kill the young Snow White, which is how Snow wound up alone in the forest where she came across the home of the seven dwarfs. The dwarfs grudgingly take Snow in, and come to care for her, and appreciate the way she takes care of them and their home. The evil queen learns Snow is alive and sets out to get rid of her herself. Disguised as an old hag, the evil queen gives Snow White a poisoned apple that puts her into a deep coma-like state. Now wanting to bury their beautiful friend, the dwarfs place Snow’s body on display. A Prince passes by and is saddened seeing the beautiful girl this way and kisses her, waking her with what turns out to be true love’s kiss. This movie is a must have for Disney fans of all ages. It’s a great way for adults to watch a part of their childhood all over again, and for children to be introduced to this epic story.

Forever enchanting and inspiring, SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS embodies The Walt Disney Signature Collection’s legacy of animation. In this epic story of love and friendship, the kind and beautiful princess SNOW WHITE wins the hearts of the Seven Dwarfs and triumphs over the evil plans of a wicked Queen. Share the movie called “The Greatest Animated Film Of All Time,” in High Definition Blu-ray and for the first time ever on Digital HD, with special features for the entire family!
