I received a copy of The Eat-Clean Diet Stripped. Although it does contain some recipes, it’s important to note that this isn’t really a cookbook, something I hadn’t fully realized before it’s arrival. The book is full of exercises, tips and meal plans, and information on herbs, natural and cleansing foods. The goal of the book is to help you learn how to lost those last few pounds when you’re dieting. It’s an interesting resource book to have if you’re dieting.
