Francesco Rinaldi To Be Healthy Sauce Jars

As someone who works outside of the home full tmie, I don’t always have the time to do things like make red sauce from scratch. You will always find a good selection of jarred sauce in my cabinet. Recently I was offered the opportunity to try a new sauce – Francesco Rinaldi ToBe Healthy Sauce.

About Francesco Rinaldi ToBe Healthy Sauce – Al the mouth-watering Francesco Rinaldi flavor you crave … and the best nutrition we’ve ever cooked up1 Do your body a favor and try our ToBe Healthy Pasta Sauces today.

This is the first pasta sauce with life’sDHA available to U.S. consumers. Francesco Rinaldi ToBe Healthy pasta sauces have earned certification from the American Heart Association, as well as the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.

We received two jars of Francesco Rinaldi ToBe Healthy sauce in the Tomato Basil variety for this review. I loved that the product is gluten-free. As someone who watches their vitamin levels I liked that this sauce is an excellent source of Vitamin A, offering 25% of the recommended daily allowance. Each serving is 60-70 calories depending on the variety you’re eating. RB and I found the taste to be ok but we would have liked it to be a bit more robust. The color of the sauce was a nice bright red. We also found the texture to be on the thin side but that might just be because we prefer a thicker sauce. I would like to see a larger 26 ounce jar become available, as a 16 ounce jar is smaller than I buy and when you have to buy two jars it makes it expensive.

Francesco Rinaldi ToBe healthy pasta sauces are available in four varieties – Tomato & Basil, Garden Vegetable, Garlic & Onion, and Spicy Marinara – with a suggested retail price of $2.49 per 16 ounce jar.
