How To Make Pumpkin Spice Rice Krispies Pumpkins Treats

These cute and tasty treats only take about 15 minutes to make from start to finish. Please note that these treats require a pumpkin shaped cookie cutter.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 package Kraft Jet-Puffed Pumpkin Spice Mallows Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Nestle Pumpkin Spice chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Place sheet of parchment paper onto baking tray.

Place marshmallows into large bowl. Microwave for 1.5 – 2 minutes, until the marshmallows are softened.

Stir marshmallows.

Add in the Rice Krispies cereal and stir well.

Add in the Pumpkin Spice chips and stir.

Place the cookie cutter into the left corner of the baking sheet.

Using a fork or spoon, scoop the mixture into the inside of the cookie cutter, using the utensil to pack the cookie cutter and somewhat flatten the treats.

Once the cookie cutter is full, lift it off of the treat.

Repeat the process, making the treats next to each other. You should fit 6 to 8 of them on the baking sheet, depending on how thick you are making them.

Create the eyes, nose and mouth with the chocolate chips. Gently press the “flat” or bottom end of the chocolate chip into place so that the “pointy” end, or top of the chocolate chip, settles into the treat. You’ll need about 9 chocolate chips – 1 for each eye, 1 for the nose, and 6 for the mouth.

Let set for about 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.
