Imagine combining two of your favorite foods into a third food. That’s what this is about. I love Oreos and I love brownies. I heard that some people were combining them in different ways and I was curious what the combination would taste like. I’m here to tell you it’s really yummy! Here’s how I made my Oreo Fudge Brownie Muffins.
To make these you’ll need a muffin pan, a family size box of brownie mix (and the ingredients required on the box) and Oreo cookies (one for each muffin). You can use whatever Oreo cookie you like, I used DoubleStuf because they’re my favorite.
Preheat the oven and make the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.
Place liners in the muffin pan.
Fill the muffin liner about a quarter of the way with brownie mix.
Place an Oreo on top of the brownie mix.
Pour more brownie mix on top of the Oreo until the liner is about 3/4 full.
Bake according to the instructions on the package.
Here’s what one looks like on the inside. Pardon the lousy picture.
Enjoy! They’re most awesome when they’re slightly warm. Yummy! Don’t get me wrong, they’re good when they’re not warm too.
