I had bought some deli meat that somehow made its way to the back of the fridge. By the time I found it, there wasn’t enough life left in it to get several days worth of sandwiches out of it. So instead I decided to use it for a pasta dish. I’ve made similar dishes before, and using deli sliced turkey did save on all of the prep work. I cooked the dish using the Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System, which meant it cooked pretty quickly and didn’t heat up the house. Everyone loved the flavor and it will be made again. Here’s how I made it.
Easy One-Pot Turkey Pasta Carbonara
Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 – 3/4 lb sliced deli turkey breast
- 12 oz steamable peas
- 2 oz crumbled bacon pieces
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set Ninja to stovetop high.
Boil spaghetti until al dente or desired firmness.
While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the peas according to the package. Also, cut the turkey breast into small bite size strips.
Set Ninja to stovetop low.
Add cream cheese and stir well.
Add garlic and onion powders and stir well.
Add milk, peas, bacon pieces and turkey and stir well.
Set Ninja to slow cook low and cook for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.

I love the convenience of one pot dishes and would really love to try out a Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System. This recipe does sound flavorful and like something my family would enjoy too!
I enjoy great carbonara. Wish Ronnie had left his recipe here so long ago.
I LOVE carbaonara! I am about to make my grocery list and will be adding this to the menu this week, thank you for the idea!
Wow looks delicious, I think my daughter would eat it too! I’ll have to try it 🙂
This sounds like heaven! Must make this soon!
This recipe makes me wish I had one of those Ninja’s. It really sounds delicious. It always amazes me how many different meals you can make with the various pasta.
Thank you for the meal suggestion. It is difficult to do menu planning for a predominantly male family. I always have to make meals in large batches! This Turkey pasta carbonara would fill them up good!
Oh my goodness! Carbonara is one of my favorite pasta dish! And I think this Ninja Turkey Pasta Carbonara is more good taste than simple pasta.
You did a really nice job with that 3-in-1. One pot cooking is great for soups and leftover creations too.
Hubby is always asking why we don’t eat more turkey dishes. He will enjoy this one. I may have to leave the peas out of his, but they are going into my dish!
