One-Pot Creamy Beef Noodles Recipe For Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System From Val's Kitchen

I love one-pot dishes. They are super easy to make wherever you make them, and especially so if you use a Ninja 3-in-1 Cooking System. The dish is creamy and filling, and has been a favorite in our house for some time no matter if I prepare on the stove or in the Ninja. Here’s how I make it.

One-Pot Creamy Beef Noodles

Equipment used


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups beef broth


Set Ninja to stovetop high.

Brown the ground beef.

Add the water and boullion cubes and noodles.

Stir and make sure that the noodles are covered.

Bring to a boil, liquid will absorb.

Add the sour cream, onion soup mix and shredded cheddar and stir well.

Switch Ninja to stovetop low and heat for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.

Serve immediately.

Oh!! I want the first ingredient (the Ninja cooking system) lol. No, skip the lol… I’m not kidding. 🙂 I like one-pot dishes too, especially this time of year when we get super busy. Beef and noodles is always a big hit! I like that you’ve made them creamy.

I’ve reread this recipe 3 times. Nowhere do I see in the list of ingredients the amount of ground beef, boullion cubes or water. I would assume the amount of water would be critical so the noodles would absorb it. Then it mentions beef broth, is this used instead of the water and beef cubes? Help please!

Yes I used a liquid beef broth. You could substitute bouillion cubes with water.

At what point do you add the sour cream? I see it on the list of ingredients, but no where in the directions.

The sour cream gets added after the noodles cook, at the same time as the onion soup mix.
