I love chicken parm. I know in the traditional sense the chicken in chicken parm is breaded. But, I wanted to make a one-pot dish using chicken and sauce and wasn’t really sure how things woukld go if the chicken were breaded. So, I left the breading off. The dish was about as simple to make as you can get, with only a couple of ingredients and the Ninja. All of the sauce absorbed into the noodles, so everything went together nicely and had a nice flavor. Here’s how I made it.

One-Pot Chicken Parm And Spaghetti

Equipment used

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb spaghetti, broken in half
  • 2x 25 oz jars pasta sauce (I used Hoboken Farms Big Basil Sauce)
  • 1x 28 oz can diced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

I like angel hair spaghetti. Do I cook it the same amount of time if I use angel hair spaghetti?

I love angel hair. But, because it is so much thinner I am thinking the pasta would end up too soft if you cooked for the same amount of time.
