Here’s five meals we’ll be eating this week. I always have one leftover night and we’ll be in New York on another night.
Ground Beef Stroganoff
I’ll be using a pound of ground beef from the freezer, a 16 ounce container of Friendship sour cream that’s on sale for $1.29, onion soup and a pound of corn pasta from the cabinet.
I’ll be using two 13 ounce packages of Italian Village Mini Round Cheese Ravioli that’s on sale for $0.64 each, as well as a loaf of garlic bread and butter from the freezer. (RB and TJ like ravioli with butter.)
I’ll be using about 2.5 pounds of beef round roast that’s on sale for $0.99 per pound along with a box of frozen potatoes from the freezer.
Chicken and Pierogies
I’ll be using a pound of Perdue Boneless Chicken Breast that’s on sale for $1.99 per pound and a box of Mrs T’s Pierogies that’s on sale for $1.59 per box.
