I mentioned previously I’ve been watching for great deals on laptop accessories. I found a terrific deal today on the Buy.com sale page for a  Targus Notebook Accessory Bundle that contains a Targus Laptop Chill Mat, Targus USB Speakers and a Targus Wireless Optical Stow-N-Go Laptop Mouse.

Take a look at what’s in this bundle. Let’s talk about heat. If you’ve ever used a laptop you know that they can get quite warm. The Targus Laptop Chill Mat is a cooling pad that has four feet to protect your furniture and two fans to keep your laptop from overheating. To use it just connect it to the laptop USB port, no ac adapter is required. Let’s move on to speakers. Yes, laptops usually have built in speakers. The thing is, they’re not the greatest. To get some decent sound or just some more volume most people get external speakers. The Targus USB Speakers operate using a USB connection and fold to a compact size perfect for travel. Last, let’s talk about getting your information into the laptop. Laptops all have some sort of touchpad or pointer. But some people (raises hand) are still more comfortable using a mouse. The Targus Wireless Optical Stow-N-Go Laptop Mouse is a two button mouse with built in tilt wheel technology which allows you to scroll both up and down as well as left to right. It’s got a low battery indicator and a button to adjust the cursor speed.

The Targus Notebook Accessory Bundle has a list price of $89.99. Buy.com is selling the bundle for $29.99 and it qualifies for free shipping. If you’re gifting, or even getting, a laptop this is a great deal you won’t want to miss out on.
