KRUPS Red, White and Bleu Burger
This recipe from KRUPS combines classic American flavors, with a patriotic twist. Makes 4 approx. 1/3 lb. burgers.
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 red onion, diced
- 8-10 pieces white asparagus
- 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- Lettuce, Tomato, Mayonnaise, Sesame Seed Buns
Brush asparagus with olive oil and grill lightly for 2 minutes on KRUPS Universal Grill
Let asparagus cool, then chop
Mix beef, diced red online, chopped white asparagus and blue cheese, and shape into 4 patties
Place patties on KRUPS Universal Grill and close. Grill to desired temperature, and garnish with lettuce, tomato and mayo
