Instant Pot Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs Recipe From Val's Kitchen

If you’re my age and bought lunch in the high school cafeteria, then you surely remember salisbury steak. Salisbury steak is a beef patty, or bunless hamburger if you prefer, that is served with gravy. I have always enjoyed salisbury steak. As a young wife I bought the frozen packages. Over the years, I learned how to make it myself. At some point I decided I wanted the flavor of salisbury steak in a meatball form. And so I set out to make salisbury meatballs. Take a salisbury steak recipe and make meatballs instead of patties and basically you have easy salisbury meatballs. If you’ve had meatballs in brown gravy you’ve basically had salisbury steak meatballs. I like to make this simple recipe with a good amount of gravy, so that I can use that gravy on the potatoes. The final dish is a filling and budget-friendly comfort food that your family will love. Here’s how I make Instant Pot Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs.

They never called it Salisbury Steak where I lived, they just called it meatloaf or meatloaf patties. I liked it. I bet my kids would like it too. I should try it for them.
