This is the must-have cookbook for the must-have appliance—the Instant Pot!

The Instant Pot has been taking the culinary world by storm—and for good reason. It can speed up cooking by almost six times while using seventy percent less energy than traditional cooking methods.

The “I Love My Instant Pot” Recipe Book features delicious and healthy recipes for the Instant Pot, including Bacony Poblano Hashbrowns, Moroccan Lamb Stew, Bourbon Barbeque Chicken Thighs, and Double Chocolate Cheesecake.

The Instant Pot is the only gadget that can replace a slow cooker, rice cooker, and stockpot, and this is the only cookbook with 175 recipes, including more than 30 paleo and gluten-free recipes, for this device. You will love this collection of breakfasts, sides, soups, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts—instantly!

I have fallen in love with my Instant Pot. I use it more than I thought I would and appreciate it’s versatility and convenience far more than I expected to. When I was offered the opportunity to check out a cookbook containing nothing but Instant Pot recipes I could not pass.

The beginning chapter of the book is very helpful, paticularly for those who have little or no experience with an Instant Pot. This chaper helps explain the cooking functions, locking and pressure release, and some popular Instant Pot accessories. Then come the recipes.

Chapters in this cookbook include:

  • Cooking with an Instant Pot
  • Breakfast
  • Soups
  • Beans, Rice, and Grains
  • Appetizers
  • Side Dishes
  • Chicken Main Dishes
  • Beef and Pork Main Dishes
  • Seafood and Fish Main Dishes
  • Vegetarian Main Dishes
  • Desserts

Each chapter contains it’s own index, making it very easy for you to find specific recipes. The Instant Pot is all about making flavorful meals easier to cook. So as I would hope, the recipes in this cookbook are very straight forward and easy to understand. Ingredients are all items you already keep on hand or can easily find in your grocery store. Prep and cooking time for every recipe is highlighted. This is a feature that I love because it will let you know if you have time to try a new dish without having to read through the entire recipe just to have to add up the time you’d need to make it. This cookbook doesn’t have many photos, which is the only real disappointment that I had with it. I find photos helpful when making any new dish, particularly one I’m making for the first time. When you’re new to the Instant pot a person is a bit uncertain about if things are working right and if things look the way they should. Photos can help with that, so I’d love to see more of them if a revision is printed down the road.

This recipe would be suitable for anyone that has an Instant Pot as well as those just getting started using one.

Here’s a Simple Whole Chicken recipe from the cookbook, in video form.
