Ham & Cheese Hashbrown Casserole Recipe For Ninja Cooking System

This Ham & Cheese Hashbrown casserole needs only a few minutes of prep, making it your new favorite go-go meal for busy weeknights. This belly-warming comfort food features tender potatoes accompanied by ham and green beans, then surrounded with a creamy cheese sauce. Making this dish in the Ninja Cooking System cuts down on the amount of pots and pans you have to wash, plus it doesn’t heat up the kitchen like using the oven does. Here’s how I make it.

Equipment Needed

Ingredients

  • 28 oz frozen diced hash browns (I used Lamb Western)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1x 10.5 oz can cheddar cheese soup (If you can’t find this soup you could use cream of chicken, it will be just as creamy but not quite as cheesy.)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz frozen green beans
  • 8 oz ham (I used Smithfield Anytime Ham Steak)
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • nonstick cooking spray

I don’t have aNinja system but it seems like a great way to cook in the summer. Cutting time and prep and less heating the kitchen in summer is the way to cook.

Tase and cooking texture go hand in hand. This reminds me of a casserole.

My husband loves ham so this is a casserole that’s totally for him. I’m not the biggest fan of ham but it’s still something I’d make for my family.

This is an interesting recipe. I wouldn’t be able to eat this recipe specifically because I am plant based, but i’m sure i would make a plant based twist to it. Thanks for sharing!
