Easy Gluten-free Ham And Cheese Pizza Recipe From Val's Kitchen

My youngest loves pizza. He’s supposed to follow a gluten-free diet. I like to treat him to his favorite thing, pizza, once every week or so. One of the things I like to do is take a crust and make a pizza using other items I have in the fridge. As my youngest also loves ham and cheese, I thought he’d enjoy a ham and cheese pizza. He did enjoy it, in face he absolutely loved it and devoured the whole thing and then started looking for more. It was super easy to make, using a few gluten-free ingredients I already had on hand. Here’s how I made it.

Easy Gluten-free Ham And Cheese Pizza

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust (I used Udi’s ultra thin & crispy crust, which I get it in the freezer section at the grocery store)
  • 1/2 cup ham (diced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Place a thin layer of sauce on the crust.

Sprinkle the ham around the crust.

Sprinkle the cheese over the ham.

Bake according to instructions on the crust package, which in this case was 6 minutes.

Serve immediately.

I’ve never heard of a gluten free pizza crust before. That’s so great! You can’t have pizza if you can’t have crust. And usually being gluten free means you can’t have crust. Love it!

My kids like to make their own pizza. If you make it, you have to eat it, is the rule. I wouldn’t eat some of their combos.

We don’t have gluten issues at our house so I don’t usually make gluten free recipes. It would be nice to try one with a pizza.

I’m gluten-free and I love Udi’s pizza crust! I’m also vegan so I’ll be skipping the ham and cheese but a big yes to the sauce please!!

Mmmmm, that looks delicious! I’ve tried a couple of the Udi’s brand items, did you like the pizza crust? I’ve seen them before, but haven’t gotten around to trying them yet. Ham and cheese pizza sounds absolutely divine! Thanks for sharing <3
