I like to use garlic in a good number of the dishes I cook. I love garlic bread. I find the idea of a cookbook dedicated solely to garlic to be fascinating, since I know that as much as I enjoy it that there’s a lot I still have to learn about it.

I like that this book is not just a cookbook containing recipes that use garlic. This cookbook also contains instructions on many different ways to cook garlic. The beginning of the book helps explain the many different forms that garlic comes in. Then come the recipes. All of the recipes are easy to understand. I didn’t see any unusual ingredients, they all seemed to be regular items you can find at your ordinary grocery store. I do find cooking time to be important. Cooking time is buried in the recipes in this cookbook, causing you to have to read through the whole recipe to see if you have time to try making it. I love photos in a cookbook, and was thrilled to find that there is a picture for each recipe in this book. There are many recipes in this cookbook that I’d like to try. Just a few that stand out include Garlic Pilaf, Cheese Scones, and Crispy Garlic Chive Chicken Wontons.
This cookbook would be perfect for anyone that loves garlic or wants to learn more about it, as well as anyone that enjoys cooking.
