I was on a roll trying to make several different Crock-Pot desserts at once recently. The fudge was awesome but I also wanted to add a cake. I stuck with the peanut butter theme to delight the hubby, who found the cake tasty and moist. It was gone in less than three days. Here’s how I made it. I used a 2 qt round Crock-Pot and it just fit once cooked.
Crock-Pot Peanut Butter Chip Cake
- 1x 16.5 oz box chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 bag Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Spray inside of the crock with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl or in mixer bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour mix into crock and cook for 2 hours on high.
Turn Crock-Pot off and let cake sit for 15-30 minutes.
Over a large plate, gently turn the crock upside down so cake releases onto the plate.
Serve and enjoy as is or with your favorite topping or icing..
