Chicken and alfredo is such a great combination. Chicken and bacon is another great combination. I thought it would be fun to combine them all on a pizza. Hubby and I both thoroughly enjoyed the resulting pizza and agreed that we will have it again. Here’s how I made it.
Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pizza
- 1x 13.8 oz tin refrigerated pizza crust
- 8 oz alfredo sauce
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded bacon
- 9 oz chicken breast
- 2-4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- Italian seasoning
- garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425 f.
Spread pizza crust out into large rectangular pan.
Place thin layer of alfredo sauce across the pizza, leaving a small amount around the edge dry.
Place sliced tomatoes on pizza.
Place the chicken on.
Sprinkle the shredded bacon around the pizza.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top, as much or as little as you like.
Bake for 12 minutes.
