Air Fryer Pumpkin Bites are a simple fall treats featuring pumpkin pie filling wrapped in a crescent roll and topped with some icing.
Air Fryer Pumpkin Bites
The more I use the air fryer the more I love it. You can make all sorts of things in one, including things that you’d traditionally bake in an oven. One of the many things you can make in an air fryer oven is recipes using crescent rolls, such as the Air Fryer Pumpkin Bites recipe I am sharing today.
The sweetness of the icing really balances out the flavor of the pumpkin pie filling. The crescent rolls cook up to be soft and flaky.
Air Fryer Pumpkin Bites are easy to make and come together pretty quickly, making them great for a quick snack, last minute entertaining, and cooking with the kids.
Here’s how to make them.
- 1 package crescent rolls
- 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup milk
- tube of icing
- nonstick cooking spray
Plug in the air fryer.
Place the pumpkin, pumpkin spice, egg & milk into a mixing bowl and combine.
Roll out and separate the crescent rolls.
Place a teaspoon of pumpkin filling onto each crescent roll.
Roll each crescent roll up into a ball, taking care to press firmly on the seams so the filling doesn’t leak out.
Place the uncooked bites onto the air fryer racks.
Lightly spray with cooking spray.
Air fry for 12 minutes at 360 degrees.
Remove from air fryer and place onto a cooling rack.
Soften some of the icing a little by warming it in the microwave. This will make it easier to drizzle onto the pumpkin bites.
Drizzle some icing on each pumpkin bite.
Serve and enjoy!
