Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
You’ll forget about chicken wings when you try these spicy buffalo-flavored cauliflower bites. They have all the flavor, but with the added bonus of all the nutritional benefits of cauliflower.
• Hands-On Time: 5 minutes
• Cook Time: 2 minutes
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into large pieces
- 1⁄2 cup buffalo hot sauce
1 Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot® and place the steam rack inside.
2 Place the cauliflower in a 7-cup glass bowl and add the buffalo hot sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Place the bowl on top of the steam rack. Secure the lid.
3 Press the Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust the time to 2 minutes.
4 When the timer beeps, quick-release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid.
5 Transfer to a plate and serve with toothpicks.
