Here’s one of the meals I made using the Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Fry Pan.
One-Pan Gluten-free Pasta With Ground Beef
- large nonstick skillet (I used a 12.5″ Swiss Diamond XD Nonstick Fry Pan with lid.)
- silicone slotted spoon
- measuring spoon
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 12 oz box gluten-free pasta (I used Barilla rotini)
- 1x 28 oz can crushed tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic and oregano
- 21 oz water (it’s 3/4 of the tomato can)
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Place the ground beef into the pan and saute over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink.
Use a slotted spoon to remove the beef. Cover the beef and set it aside.
Put the gluten-free pasta into the pan.
Put the crushed tomatoes into the pan, followed by the minced garlic and the water.
Gently stir the contents of the pan, ensuring that all of the pasta is covered.
Put the lid onto the pan and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the pasta reaches your desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat under the pan. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella across the pasta and recover for a few minutes so the cheese can melt.
